Support
In work training and assessment will take place during working hours. You will be provided with an assessor. As part of your training, they will require that you complete written work out side of working hours.
You will be provided with a Level 3 Certificate in Childcare, after successfully completing 10-16 months work based training. During which time you will complete regular work based assessments with an assessor. A training mentor will be paired with you to provide on the job support under the guidance of the nursery manager.

You will be expected throughout your in work training to gradually improve your knowledge and understanding of the Practitioner job role that sets out what will be expected of you once you have completed your training and received your cache level 3 childcare certificate.
