Absence and Holidays

Full-time and part-time fees are based on booked sessions, not attendance, therefore parents are responsible for fees during periods of absence; this includes absence due to illness, private holidays, all public and bank holidays the nursery is closed and lateness.

To retain a place at nursery, full fees are payable during absence including absence due to holidays or sickness. Should a child have to be sent home due to sickness or other reasons beyond the control of the nursery, the full fee's apply. The nursery is closed for a week from the 25th December (Christmas Day) until the 2nd of January inclusive. We are closed on all public and bank Holidays.

Sickness

Time off for sickness, regardless of whether your child has been excluded by the nursery as a precaution, fees are payable in full. Please see our policy on sickness and exclusion. More detailed explanations can be found in the terms and conditions.
