Absence and Holidays:

Full-time and part-time fees are based on booked days, not attendance, therefore parents are responsible for fees whether child attends or not. (This includes illness and holiday time).

To retain a place, full fees are payable during absence due to holidays or sickness. Should a child have to be sent home due to sickness or other reasons beyond the control of the nursery, the full fee still apply.

Smiths Children will be closed for a week from Christmas Day. We are closed on all Bank Holidays.
