Late pick-up:

For every 5 minutes, or part thereof, after the Nursery’s session finishing time, we charge an additional £5.00 This charge must be paid within 24 hours and is separate from any other payments.

Registration Fee:

A registration fee of £50.00 shall be paid by the parent/guardian to the nursery on submission of the completed registration form and that fee shall not be returnable if such acceptance is later withdrawn by the parent/guardian.

Offer Acceptance and Retainer’s fees:

In order to secure a place one month’s Nursery fee in full must be paid at the time of registration. This fee will be refunded after the completion of 2 months written notice to leave the Nursery and provided that all payments during the period of contract have been made within the agreed terms. This is not refundable if cancellation of nursery place is given after acceptance of the offered place. The first monthly fee should be made within 4 weeks after the receipt of the Retainer fee and before the official start date.

Calculation of fees:

The nursery year runs from January to December. The nursery opens at 7.45am and closes at 6.15pm. The Nursery closes for one week at Christmas and all other Bank Holidays. The fees payable by the parent/guardian are calculated by taking the child’s weekly attendance fee, multiplying the same by 51, being the number of weeks the nursery is open, and dividing by 12 to give a monthly payment which is required in advance by the first day of each month. (The due date) All fees are payable by standing order. Adjustment due to session changes (increases or decreases) and any outstanding payments e.g. late pick-ups or early arrivals, lunch, etc, will be reflected in the following month’s invoice. Fees will be adjusted in line with inflation and are normally reviewed annually. At least one month’s notice will be given of changes in fees.
